London: Muttahida Quami Movement (Mqm) head Altaf Hussain has respected the Inter-Services Public Relations (Ispr) explanation, denouncing flippant comments of Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami (Ji) Munawar Hasan, Geo News reported.
